Outdoor Bootcamp

This is an all-levels strength style bootcamp that’s fast-paced and fun. The programming is dynamic and always changing – never a boring or repeat workout. My goal is to consistently push and challenge your muscles so you continue to see results day after day. Every move can be modified for beginner, intermediate, and advanced workout levels. The bootcamp is held at Lake Forest park with a gazebo that protects everyone from the elements and a lovely playground for any kiddos who want some playtime while the adults workout. There’s no monthly commitment – drop in as you’re available and enjoy a great sweat session with our amazing community.

Small Group Training

Small group fitness capped at 3-4 people, allowing for more personalized attention than a traditional group class. The class is fast-paced and incorporates a variety of equipment including TRX, dumbbells, kettlebells, Pilates balls, battle ropes, and stability equipment. The variety keeps your workouts fresh and exciting, and constantly challenges your muscles in new ways. Contact me for scheduling details. 

Personal Training

Personal training is a great way to see fast and effective fitness results. The 55-minute sessions are tailored specifically to your goals and fitness level, incorporating a variety of equipment such as TRX, dumbbells, kettlebells, Pilates balls, battle ropes, and stability equipment. My goal is to create a total body workout that safely challenges you and keeps you engaged and sweaty.
